Pro Pickleball Tip

No Running Required: Do you have compromised movement? It is possible to play pickleball without running. It may only take you three to five steps to walk from the baseline to the non-volley zone line.

It's also important for beginning picklers to "NEVER BACK UP". It takes time to learn to turn and run. If a ball goes over your head and lands in the court, say "Nice shot" and move on to the next point.

I've seen too many people, back up without the proper technique and training and land on their wrist or rear end and get seriously injured. Better safe than sorry!
