Here are some important ingredients to mastering the pickleball dink:

Keep it low: Imagine skimming a pebble across the court.

* Loose grip: Relax your fingers - a tight grip leads to shank city!

* Short backswing: Less is more! Focus on smooth shoulder movement.

* Shoulder power: Push the paddle with your shoulder, not your wrist.

Converting a Movie Theatre into Pickleball Courts

This is the talk of the town in Rohnert Park, CA - a town north of the Golden Gate Bridge in Sonoma County.

The building that once housed Rohnert Park’s sole movie theater will be converted into a large pickleball and health club facility sometime next year. The space has largely sat vacant since last November.

Pickleball keeps growing and needs more courts!
